The Griffin girls’ soccer team qualified for the NSAA Class B State Championship this afternoon with their 4-0 win against the Gretna Dragons at the District Finals game. The Griffins shut out the Dragons, scoring four points.
The Griffins will compete for the State title on May 14 at 12 p.m. on Morrison Stadium, located at the Creighton University campus.
In addition to the win this game, senior Kendall Dobberstein broke the Class B state record for career assists, having 62 total.
