Earlier today, the annual Gretna Days Grand Parade took place. Attendees witnessed countless different floats and parade participants ranging from the high schools’ dance teams to Hyvee employees doing flips in the street. This year’s parade theme was the Olympics. Many floats followed the theme, displaying things like blow up eagles or giant Olympic rings.
This marks just one of many Gretna Days activities, with events like a Doubles Pickleball Tournament tomorrow and the carnival tonight. Gretna Days ends tomorrow, July 28.
